1. Wash your face twice daily with plenty of water
2. Drink plenty of water and include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet to keep the body mechanism flushed clean
3. Avoid oily, greasy foods and make-ups
4. Do not squeeze or pick the pimples and rashes

If, in spite of all this your skin erupts into acne, rush to the doctor before the condition worsens.
